∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Experience: 1-3 years in a restaurant kitchen, specializing in Continental and Thai-Chinese and Dim Sum.
∎ Skills: Basic cooking knowledge, knife skills, and food preparation techniques.
∎ Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency.
∎ Hygiene & Safety: Understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen cleanliness.
∎ Team Player: Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with the kitchen team.


Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of Continental, Thai-Chinese dishes, and Dim Sum, ensuring all ingredients are prepped correctly and on time.
∎ Cooking: Support in cooking and assembling dishes according to the recipes and ensuring high quality.
∎ Plating & Presentation: Ensure dishes are plated according to standards, focusing on consistency and visual appeal.
∎ Stock Management: Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist in the rotation and restocking of kitchen supplies.
∎ Hygiene & Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in your station and throughout the kitchen, adhering to food safety guidelines.
∎ Teamwork: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.
∎ Learning & Development: Stay open to learning new cooking techniques and improving your skills under senior chefs' guidance.
∎ We are looking for Commis Chefs with expertise in Continental, Thai-Chinese, and Dim Sum to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in these cuisines and a passion for food, with attention to detail and consistency.
