∎ Hygiene & Safety: Understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the preparation of salads, appetizers, and cold dishes while maintaining consistency.
∎ Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepped before service.
∎ Follow standard recipes and plating guidelines to maintain quality.
∎ Work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
∎ Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cold kitchen area, following food safety regulations.
∎ Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
