Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect PO sheet-specific export data from Letter Credit Management (LCM).
∎ Prepare all types of export documents for different buyer.
∎ Verify export documents for compliance with local and international regulations, liaise with clients and perform logistical tasks.
∎ Handle & follow the procedure of UP for get approval from Customs.
∎ Collect documents, prepare L/C accordingly and attain bank formalities on time.
∎ Execute all regulatory formalities of Customs relating to Export.
∎ Ensure managing yearly Customs Audit claims independently.
∎ Coordinate with C&F, Shipping & other related offices.
∎ Handle Export of finished goods and all related documentation for accessories factory.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
