Education:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
- Master of Commerce (MCom) in Supply Chain Management

Additional Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience in commercial and import operations, preferably within the food or agro sector.
Strong command of English, particularly in communication.
In-depth knowledge of international trade practices, LC operations, and customs regulations.
Proven skills in negotiation, communication, and analytical thinking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Familiarity with the food/FMCG industry and a solid understanding of food market trends and distribution systems.
Responsibilities & Context:
Nourish Foods Ltd. is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead its commercial operations, with a primary emphasis on import management, supplier relations, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all commercial functions, particularly import-related activities.
Develop strategic commercial plans aligned with organizational objectives, supported by market and competitor analysis.
Conduct international sourcing, procurement, vendor negotiations, and manage LC (Letter of Credit) processes.
Ensure compliance with customs laws, international trade regulations, and food safety standards.
Foster and maintain strong partnerships with both domestic and international suppliers, logistics agents, and regulatory bodies.
Analyze market dynamics, pricing trends, and risk factors to drive cost optimization.
Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, supply chain, logistics, and production to ensure seamless operations.
Generate and present commercial reports to support decision-making at the management level.
