Experience:

• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Supply Chain Management

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• At least 10 years of experience in commercial and import operations, preferably within the food or agro sector.

• Strong command of English, particularly in communication.

• In-depth knowledge of international trade practices, LC operations, and customs regulations.

• Proven skills in negotiation, communication, and analytical thinking.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

• Familiarity with the food/FMCG industry and a solid understanding of food market trends and distribution systems.

Nourish Foods Ltd. is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead its commercial operations, with a primary emphasis on import management, supplier relations, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all commercial functions, particularly import-related activities.

• Develop strategic commercial plans aligned with organizational objectives, supported by market and competitor analysis.

• Conduct international sourcing, procurement, vendor negotiations, and manage LC (Letter of Credit) processes.

• Ensure compliance with customs laws, international trade regulations, and food safety standards.

• Foster and maintain strong partnerships with both domestic and international suppliers, logistics agents, and regulatory bodies.

• Analyze market dynamics, pricing trends, and risk factors to drive cost optimization.

• Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, supply chain, logistics, and production to ensure seamless operations.

• Generate and present commercial reports to support decision-making at the management level.
