∎ Minimum 8-10 years of experience in commercial management,procurement, or export operations within the fish processing industry.
∎ Strong understanding of global seafood trade, supply chain management, and market trends.
∎ Experience in handling international exports, logistics, and compliance with regulations such as HACCP, FDA, EU, and ISO standards.
∎ Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and cost control.
∎ Qualifications:
∎ Master’s degree in Business Administration, Fisheries, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
∎ Certification in HACCP, ISO 22000, or International Trade & Export Management (preferred).
∎ Key Skills:
∎ Sales & Business Development – Strong ability to drive revenue growth and develop new markets.
∎ Negotiation & Contract Management – Expertise in supplier/vendor negotiations and contract handling.
∎ Export & Compliance Knowledge – Familiarity with export regulations, trade policies, and documentation.
∎ Supply Chain & Procurement Management – Efficiently manage procurement, inventory, and logistics.
∎ Financial Acumen – Strong understanding of pricing strategies, cost control, and profitability analysis.
∎ Leadership & Team Management – Ability to lead cross-functional teams and improve operational efficiency.
∎ Customer Relationship Management – Strong communication skills to build and maintain business partnerships.

∎ Handle subsidy calculations and related financial processes, ensuring timely applications and compliance with government policies.
∎ Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for new contracts and business expansion.
∎ Monitor and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations, including HACCP, FDA, and export laws.
∎ Manage mail correspondence, contracts, and official communications with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
∎ Represent the company in business meetings, trade fairs, and industry events to strengthen market presence.
