Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 45 years
∎ a. Having good knowledge on Monitoring and Evaluation interventions at organizational, project and community level.
∎ b. Have experience on tools and methods of MEAL, M&E plan, logical framework, baseline, midterm and endline surveys and evaluation
∎ c. At least 3-5 years working experience in relevant position with experience in MEAL system, MNCH, SRHR, Adolescent and Youth Development, Gender intervention, community development and community led monitoring actions under any development organizations.
∎ d. Able to carry out follow-up, monitoring and evaluation of the ongoing project as per project design.
∎ e. Having good interpersonal skills and are able to maintain liaison and coordinate with Government, donor and the networks through teamwork.
∎ f. Good facilitation and presentation skills.
∎ g. Able to work in team and lead team.
∎ h. Good analyzing and reporting skills (written and verbal) in both Bengali and English and able to prepare, interpret and disseminate monitoring reporting.
∎ i. Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines and multitask.
∎ j. Positive attitude, proactive and creative character.
∎ k. Able to work with vulnerable community with diversity.
∎ l. Have good computer knowledge on – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and using internet.
∎ m. Able to ride Motor cycle and have valid driving license.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This position is primarily responsible for implementation of the community- led monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning process on the SRHR project learning areas.
∎ This process will promote inclusion, active engagement and participation of the most vulnerable and diverse community members who are physically, socially, politically and economically are excluded.
∎ This position will promote the effectiveness, efficiency and accountability and enhance learning environment for adaptive and contextualized decision making through ColMEAL Approach.
∎ This position will train project staff on the ColMEAL approach and guide them in implementing the ColMEAL process well understood and accepted by community with their active participation, specially by Peoples Institution, Primary groups and adolescent- youth groups.
∎ Therefore, this position will facilitate sustainability of the ColMEAL process by community action planning.
