Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishing good monitoring system in the branch
∎ Liaising and visiting relevant stakeholders ex; client, personal guarantor, market committee and local influential personnel to maintain good portfolio health
∎ Making plan for recovery from default client
∎ Following up the daily listed overdue client virtually and physically
∎ Meeting and counseling the overdue customers
∎ Collecting information about different market and business condition
∎ Communicating with legal team regarding case filing and other issues
∎ Achieving monthly collection target
∎ Keeping Incremental Provision, NPL & PAR ratio at minimum level
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skill
∎ Should be able to work both independently and as part of a team
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure
Salary:
∎ Tk. 26000 - 31000 (Monthly)
∎ Officer Grade-I: BDT 26,000 during probation and BDT 36,000 upon confirmation.
Officer Grade-II: BDT 31,000 during probation and BDT 41,000 upon confirmation.
