Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation from any discipline preferably in business studies
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring of delinquent accounts and collection of overdue receivables.
∎ Making recovery plan from default clients depending on the delinquency level.
∎ Following up the daily listed overdue clients over phone and physically.
∎ Maintaining all necessary collection correspondences.
∎ Visiting clients & guarantors office/present addresses/permanent addresses as & when required.
∎ Meeting & counseling the overdue customers and all associated parties.
∎ Collecting market and business condition information.
∎ Coordinating with business team, legal team and other internal stakeholders.
∎ Achieving monthly collection target.
∎ Providing collection update on daily basis.
∎ Keeping Incremental Provision, NPL & PAR ratio at target level
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant department in Bank or Financial Institution will be an added advantage.
∎ Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skill.
∎ Should be local resident of Rajshahi and adjacent region.
∎ Must have good knowledge of local area and trades.
∎ Literacy on Microsoft Office is a must.
∎ Should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
∎ Should have knowledge about operations, policies, procedures and collection system of a financial institution.
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure.
