∎ Work experience not more than 02 year(s) can also apply. Candidate having experience in Collection department of Bank/NBFI/Telco/Air/relevant service industry will be considered as additional advantage
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular follow up of overdue customers.
∎ Provide account related information to customers.
∎ Inform customers regarding late payment Interest / Dishonoring Charges & others.
∎ Send follow up letters/SMS/e-mails
∎ Update any type of change in customers address/ telephone no etc.
∎ Reconciliation of accounts in Software.
∎ Chaser input.
∎ Co-ordination with other departments /RMs (if required).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate with positive attitude and pro-activeness, patience in interactions, exceptional listening, perceiving, and understanding ability are encouraged to apply
∎ Excellent inter personal skills, team player, problem solving attitude along with excellent proficiency in English
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure
∎ Confidence, patience, politeness, tact & diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations;
∎ Creative thinking, able to come up with new ideas to improve Collection standards;
∎ Strong command over MS Office specially Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
