∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Close monitoring during loan validity/repayment period
∎ Achieve monthly new business target in SME collection as determined by Head of the division.
∎ Gear up persuasion right from initial stage of its default/non-payment of installments
∎ Understanding reasons of non-payment to obviate the problem
∎ Constant follow-up with defaulting borrowers
∎ Take effective steps to save the loan from turning it to NPL
∎ Controlling delinquency (and hence provisions) in line with profit objectives

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in similar field will be an added advantage
