∎ Develop and optimize CNC programs for milling and lathe machines.
∎ Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to create precise machining paths.
∎ Communicate effectively with the factory team to ensure correct program execution.
∎ Set up and test programs to ensure compatibility and production accuracy.
∎ Collaborate with production supervisors to troubleshoot and improve machining processes.
∎ Maintain documentation of programs, revisions, and updates.
