Additional Requirements:
  • At least 3–5 years in a Regional Head or equivalent leadership role within a reputed DFS, MFS, or Telecom organization.

  • Strong self-driven learning orientation with high personal initiative.

  • Proven achievement motivation with the ability to set and uphold high performance standards.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, understand, and respond effectively in diverse group settings.

  • Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure, including in high-stress or critical situations.



Responsibilities & Context:

Strategy, Business Planning & Target Management

  • Ensure achievement of all assigned KPIs as defined by the company.

  • Develop cluster-level business plans, strategies, and target allocations in line with organizational goals.

  • Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews, including market share and trend analysis.

  • Set clear goals and performance objectives for team members to ensure timely and effective delivery.

Operations & Team Management

  • Align team performance and initiatives with the company’s vision, goals, and strategic direction.

  • Foster a motivating, engaging, and high-performance work culture across the cluster.

  • Ensure optimal utilization of resources to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.

  • Identify training and development needs and take appropriate steps to enhance team capabilities.

  • Ensure effective internal communication and systematic capture of market intelligence.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics and take strategic actions accordingly.

Business Development & Coordination

  • Drive business development initiatives in alignment with the company’s vision and growth strategy.

  • Lead initiatives to expand market presence and increase business volume within the cluster.

  • Implement and monitor distribution evaluation metrics and deploy business partners accordingly.

  • Coordinate and liaise with cross-functional teams to address and resolve business-related issues efficiently.
