Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka for an Admin, Operations & Client Support Executive. The role involves managing daily administrative tasks, providing client support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating operations to streamline processes. Key responsibilities include handling client inquiries, maintaining precise record-keeping, supporting account management activities, and liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow. The candidate will also assist in achieving sales targets and maintaining strong professional relationships with customers and partners.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Communication to engage effectively with clients and deliver excellent service.
Experience in Account Management and Consulting, with the ability to handle client accounts and provide guidance on travel solutions.
Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies to support business growth initiatives.
Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure efficiency in operations and administrative tasks.
Detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in relevant software, such as Microsoft Office and CRM tools, is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
