Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
∎ Support lead generation and client outreach activities.
∎ Conduct client research to personalize communication and strategy.
∎ Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
∎ Participate in planning client engagement initiatives and feedback collection.
