Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing both written and verbal communication.
∎ Handle prospect responses from client marketing campaigns and schedule meetings between clients and prospects.
∎ Assist with product validation and develop customized lead generation strategies for clients.
∎ Continuously refine and optimize lead generation strategies to improve campaign outcomes.
∎ Focus on client retention by maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
∎ Collaborate with copywriters to craft accurate and engaging sales copy and content.
∎ Update and maintain the client’s lead management master file daily and provide regular reports to clients and stakeholders.
∎ Explore and implement new technologies and solutions to improve client success and service delivery.
∎ Undergraduate degree from a reputed university in any discipline.
∎ Fluent in verbal and written English, with strong communication skills to manage client relationships effectively.
∎ At least one year of experience in client communication and project management is preferred.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas.
∎ Quick learner, adaptable, flexible with organizational decisions, and resilient in challenging situations.

∎ About the Role:
∎ We are seeking a Client Success Executive who is ready to take charge and make a measurable impact. This role is essential in enhancing our client services for existing global clients. The Client Success Executive will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, managing lead generation strategies, and ensuring the success of ongoing campaigns.
