∎ Skills Required: client handling, Customer and Client Focus., Customer Relationship Managment, Documentation skill, Effective communication skills

∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Confirm patient appointment booking through multiple channels.
∎ Provide excellent client service to enhance clients experience.
∎ Need to provide excellent client service and gives precise information to the client, ensuring client satisfaction.
∎ Identify client needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Focus on client satisfaction.
∎ Must be knowledgeable about Facebook (Social media), email, web chat and skype application.
∎ Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.
∎ Ensure Service Delivery through follow-up process & updating documentation.
∎ Report time to time to the manager for complicated issues.
∎ Sense of responsibility.
∎ Developed competencies required for service-oriented and result focus
∎ Fluent in English communication
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
