Preferable to Development Educational Institute Building Construction as Bangladesh Government Rules and e-Procurement (EGP) Experienced.
Age 23 to 40 years.
Hard-working.
Must have the capability to oversee and take up all the responsibilities of projects from start to end.
Consistency, discipline and punctuality.
Ability to lead a team.
Responsibilities & Context:
Must have 2-3 years of experience in E-GP Tender work.
Civil Engineer Must have experience in EGP Tendering work.
Must be on a computer to submit EGP Tender.
Industrial & residential construction layout & project management (e.g., managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes).
Coordination with architect, designers & interior contractor & overseeing the interior & structural-related finishing.
Perform Renovation & repairing related tasks.
Taking up other related works assigned by the managing director.
