Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual with hands-on experience in road construction, river protection works, retaining wall construction, pipe drainage systems, and RCC structures. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of site execution, construction methodologies, quality control, and safety compliance relevant to large-scale civil engineering projects. The candidate should also possess a strong desire to build a long-term career working on government tender-based projects, particularly under the Military Engineering Services (MES) of the Bangladesh Army, Air Force, and Navy. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in technically challenging and nationally significant infrastructure developments, where precision, discipline, and commitment to quality are essential.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervising daily construction activities at the site and ensuring quality and timely completion of work.
  • Coordinating with site workers, subcontractors, and clients (armed forces & government bodies).
  • Preparing and reviewing project documentation, drawings, and BOQ.
  • Ensuring compliance with government and defense authority standards and safety protocols.
  • Assisting in project planning, estimation, and progress reporting.
  • Solving technical problems on-site and liaising with consultants and design engineers when needed.
  • Monitoring material usage and ensuring proper recordkeeping.
  • Handling site inspections and meetings with government authorities.
  • Preparing detailed reports and documentation
