Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for experienced and technically sound Civil Engineers who are capable of handling design, estimation, and tendering processes, along with site coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and analyze structural components using ETABS and STAAD.Pro.
Prepare and revise structural and architectural drawings in AutoCAD.
Prepare BOQs and conduct cost estimations for civil works.
Analyze labor and material costs; prepare rate quotations.
Handle submission of technical and financial tender documents (EGP, EOI, RFP).
Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure proper execution.
Collect market rates for materials and verify site works.
Maintain project-related documents including tenders, drawings, and estimates.
Submit regular progress and outcome reports to management.
