• Only Male

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSc in Civil Engineering).

• 2–3 years of experience in real estate or construction projects in Bangladesh.

• Experience in high-rise building or residential project development is preferred.

• Membership or affiliation with IEB (Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh) is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel to project sites across Bangladesh.

• Plan, design, and supervise construction projects including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

• Monitor day-to-day construction activities at project sites to ensure work is progressing according to design, schedule, and quality standards.

• Prepare project estimates, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and cost analysis.

• Ensure compliance with BNBC (Bangladesh National Building Code) and other regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper use of materials and construction methods.

• Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.

• Identify and resolve technical issues during construction.

• Ensure workplace safety and maintain environmental standards at site.
