• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Must be registered with IEB (Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh).

• Strong command over project planning, execution, and supervision.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

• Must be willing to visit/conduct supervision at multiple project sites.

• Excellent typing speed and proficiency in Bangla & English (drafting, reports, documentation).

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate with diverse teams.

• Leadership qualities with a problem-solving mindset.

• Candidates with experience in real estate & high-rise construction will be given preference.

To strengthen our growing team, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with proven expertise in structural design, project management, and site supervision.

Job Responsibilities

Structural Design & Analysis

• Prepare structural designs for high-rise buildings using ETABS, SAFE, Staad.Pro, and AutoCAD.

• Ensure compliance with BNBC, ACI, and other relevant codes/standards.

• Analyze and design multi-storied residential and commercial structures.

• Prepare and review structural drawings, modifications, and presentations.

Project Management

• Supervise construction projects to ensure timely completion within budget.

• Monitor project schedules, costs, and material requirements.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants to resolve design/structural issues.

• Ensure quality control, safety, and adherence to project specifications on-site.

Technical Evaluation & Documentation

• Assist with project planning, bidding, and risk analysis.

• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), estimates, and technical specifications.

• Maintain accurate site records, contractor bills, and reports.

Decision-Making & Coordination

• Lead meetings during planning and design stages.

• Make design and structural decisions during project execution.

• Work closely with consultants and senior engineers for project success.
