Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and oversee construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with designs and specifications.

• Check technical designs and drawings to ensure they are followed correctly.

• Manage project resources, schedules, and budgets effectively.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained.

• Liaise with clients, architects, subcontractors, and professional staff.

• Prepare reports on project progress, materials used, and costs.

• Resolve any emerging problems and implement risk management.

• Ensure all work is carried out in line with company policies and health & safety legislation.
