• ICMA / C.A / MBA / M. Com in Accounting/Finance or related subject

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Azad Constructions, a prominent and growing organization in the construction industry, is seeking qualified and experienced accounts professionals to strengthen our finance team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts and finance department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and cash flow.
• Prepare and present accurate financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and reports while ensuring strict compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and monitor effective financial policies, robust internal controls, and accounting procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Coordinate and lead the internal and external audit processes, providing all necessary documentation and implementing audit recommendations.
• Conduct financial analysis, support strategic planning, and assist with payroll, tax computations, and the maintenance of fixed asset registers.
