• B.Sc or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a reputed University/Polytechnic Institute.

• 5 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Age 27 to 35 years
• Only Male

• 5 to 8 year(s) of experience in the Real Estate or Construction Sector.

• Experience specifically in Internal Audit, Billing or Quality Control (QC) will be highly prioritized.

• In-depth knowledge of building materials, construction costs and market rates.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (for data analysis and billing) and basic AutoCAD.

• Strong integrity and the ability to work independently without bias.

• Strong analytical and observational skills.

• Technical Audit: Conduct regular field visits to verify that construction work is being executed according to the structural, architectural drawings, electro-mechanical & plumbing drawing.

• Billing Verification: Scrutinize and verify bills submitted by contractors and sub-contractors against actual work done on-site.

• Material Audit: Monitor the consumption of construction materials (Rod, Cement, Sand, etc.) to ensure they match the estimated BOQ and prevent any misappropriation or wastage.

• Quality Assurance: Audit the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure they meet the company’s standards and BNBC codes.

• Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting discrepancies, delayed timelines or cost overruns and present them to the management.

• Inventory Check: Periodically check site inventory and stock registers to ensure transparency in logistics.

• Cost Control: Analyze project expenses and suggest measures to optimize costs without compromising quality.
