Job Context:

We are looking for an experienced civil engineer to look after and lead our diverse construction projects with expertise and precision.

Job Responsibilities

• BOQ checking, budget analysis, preparing schedule, site visit & follow-up to complete the project due time.

• Vendor’s bill checking, technical analysis & solving the issues immediately and informing management.

• Coordinate with consultant & execution team to run the project work smoothly.

• Take full responsibility for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish.

• Review project details meticulously to develop accurate scheduling, estimating costs, and ensuring efficient resource allocation.

• Collaborate closely with the purchasing department to guarantee the timely supply of necessary construction materials.

• Maintain effective communication and coordination with top management to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.

• Work hand-in-hand with site engineers to execute projects as per design and quality standards.

• Manage and coordinate direct construction workers and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

• Create comprehensive monthly, weekly, and daily work programs for efficient project execution.

• Possess practical and in-depth knowledge of both structural work and finishing work aspects.

• Uphold the company`s commitment to quality by monitoring and ensuring adherence to construction standards and specifications.
