• Oversee construction tasks to confirm adherence to design plans, building codes, and safety standards.

• Work closely with project managers to establish project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.

• Track project milestones and ensure timelines and budgetary goals are consistently met.

• Identify potential risks to the project and devise appropriate mitigation plans.

• Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.

• Conduct routine site visits to evaluate the quality of work and address any emerging issues.

• Enforce quality assurance measures to maintain superior construction standards.

• Inspect materials, craftsmanship, and final outputs to verify compliance with specifications.

• Keep detailed and accurate records of project documents, including contracts, drawings, change orders, and progress reports.

• Provide regular updates on project status to senior management and stakeholders.

• Uphold strict safety measures, ensuring full compliance with safety guidelines by all team members.
