• Provide precise and professional interpretation (Chinese ⇄ English/Bangla) during management meetings, technical discussions, and factory floor operations.

• Translate official documents, reports, emails, SOPs, and instructions with accuracy and confidentiality.

• Act as a communication bridge between Chinese executives, technical experts, and local management.

• Support coordination across production, compliance, merchandising, and administration teams.

• Assist Chinese management in understanding local labor laws, compliance culture, and workplace practices.

• Excellent communication, professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment and handle sensitive information.

• Perform additional responsibilities and advisory support as required by the company.

• Coordinate with the supply chain department, Commercial, International Business, Export & Import Chinese parties.

• Support meetings, discussions, and coordination between Chinese and Bangladeshi management.
