Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to develop engaging training materials and deliver interactive sessions

Position Overview
AYAT Care is seeking a qualified and passionate Child Development Officer to lead childcare category ensuring service quality, nanny training, and child development advisory services. The role focuses on recruiting, training and supervising nannies, updating childcare training curricula, conducting corporate wellness sessions, counseling parents, and supporting home care services through monitoring, guidance, and evaluation.
This position requires strong expertise in early childhood development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate theory into practical childcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Curriculum Development:
Conduct training sessions for nannies on early childhood development, childcare best practices, and on-the-job responsibilities
Continuously update training curricula and develop engaging, practical course materials
Design and deliver interactive learning sessions aligned with child development standards
2. Corporate Wellness & Client Counseling:
Conduct childcare and early childhood development sessions as part of corporate employee wellness programs
Provide counseling and guidance to parents and clients on child development, behavior, and holistic growth practices
3. On-Call Support & Therapy Sessions:
Provide on-call consultations related to early childhood development, therapies, and developmental interventions
Support families with tailored guidance and expert recommendations for child development challenges
4. Home Care Support & Monitoring:
Monitor nanny performance through on-call support and home visits to ensure quality childcare delivery
Support home care service teams by advising on child engagement techniques and care strategies
Contribute to monitoring and evaluation of childcare service quality
5. Additional Responsibilities:
Prepare session reports, training documentation, and progress updates
Perform any other tasks assigned by management related to childcare, training, and child development services
