Additional Requirements:
  • At least 7 to 8 years of work experience in humanitarian or development programs/industries.
  • Demonstrable experience in grants management, including report writing, financial report reviewing, grant monitoring, risk and compliance management, budget realignments.
  • Experience of working with institutional donors is highly appreciated.
  • Demonstrable understanding of project planning and project cycle management.
  • Demonstrable high-level performance management and team working skills, with experience in managing multiple donors.
  • Ability to build good working relationships and work effectively with program, field staff and HQ from a distance.
  • High-level knowledge and practice with Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
  • Professional fluency in spoken and written English; able to communicate concisely and with impact


Responsibilities & Context:

Department: Grants

Contract length: 31st March 2027 (with possibility of extension subject to funding, program needs and performance of incumbent)

Work Location: Cox`s Bazar Office

Reporting to: Grants Coordinator

Expected Start Date: At Earliest

Purpose: The main purpose of this position is to increase the Grants Management and Donor compliance oversight in the country program.
