Additional Requirements:
  • Age 35 to 52 years
  • Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics/Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in diversified industries with at least 5 years in a Group-level or Chief Supply Chain Officer role.

  • Cross-sector experience in industries such as Cement, Steel, FMCG, Pharma, Agro, Maritime, Aviation, Real Estate, and ICT is strongly preferred.

  • MNC experience like Global sourcing and logistics experience, including international vendor management.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and execute a unified supply chain strategy aligned with corporate goals; champion digital transformation through ERP, S&OP, WMS, and TMS platforms.

  • Drive operational agility and supply resilience across diverse industries, ensuring scalable and adaptive supply chain models.

  • Lead centralized and category-based sourcing for raw materials and CAPEX, manage global supplier relationships, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

  • Oversee multi-modal logistics (road, air, sea) across business units including freight, maritime, and last-mile delivery for FMCG, pharma, and diagnostics.

  • Ensure efficient customs clearance, adherence to global trade regulations, and smooth cross-border logistics operations.

  • Lead IBP and S&OP processes, establishing robust forecasting and inventory control systems across perishable, finished, and capital goods categories.

  • Optimize warehousing footprint and cold chain logistics; improve DIO, fill rates, and inventory turnover across group entities.

  • Deploy integrated supply chain systems and analytics tools to enhance visibility, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Lead and develop a geographically dispersed team, foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Build capability and succession programs to develop the next generation of supply chain leaders within the organization.
