The Chief Relationship Officer (CRO) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for supervising and coordinating the operations of multiple strategic departments- including Credit Realization, Land Acquisition, Registration, Loan Processing, Pending Investment, Estate Management, and Legal Affairs. The CRO will also lead the development and execution of a comprehensive revenue strategy, building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring alignment across all business functions to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
Strategic Leadership & Planning
Develop and execute an integrated revenue strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO/MD regarding revenue enhancement and risk mitigation.
Departmental Supervision
Oversee and synchronize the operations of the following departments:
Credit Realization: Ensure timely collection of dues, minimize bad debts, and monitor aging receivables.
Land Acquisition: Supervise due diligence, negotiation, and documentation processes for new land purchases.
Registration: Ensure error-free and timely property registrations with compliance to legal standards.
Loan: Coordinate with financial institutions for project financing, client home loans, and internal credit schemes.
Pending Investment: Monitor and regularize pending client or investor contributions.
Estate Management: Manage customer handover, property records, and after-sales services.
Legal: Supervise all legal matters, litigation, contracts, and compliance.
Stakeholder Relationship Management
Build and maintain productive relationships with banks, financial institutions, regulators, clients, government bodies, and vendors.
Mediate between internal departments and external parties to resolve disputes or delays.
Risk Management & Compliance
Identify operational risks within supervised departments and implement corrective actions.
Ensure all legal and regulatory obligations are met, particularly in land, loans, and client transactions.
Process Development & Reporting
Introduce SOPs and streamline cross-departmental workflows for maximum transparency and efficiency.
Provide high-level reports to the Board and CEO covering KPIs, risk, revenue streams, and legal exposure.
