Responsibilities & Context:
Candidate will be responsible in full time for organizational litigations mainly land and civil matters.
You must be able to vet contracts and land documents. Drafting different legal documents.
When dealing with land matters, you will be required to see, check and verify every single document of land relating to land deeds bia-deeds, records, purchase, survey maps, khatians, daags, DCRs of CS, SA, RS, BS etc. mutation documents, tax documents and other legal papers and documents which are essential for the purity and genuinely the purchasable lands and their unhindered, peaceful and hazard free possessions.
Able to draft legal contracts and able to manage those
Deal with all legal issues related to land disputes, deeds, contracts and other civil matter related.
You must be able to represent the matter in the Tribunal and High Court
Providing legal opinion on different issues
You must not provide advice or support outside of the business. You must not undertake any work that would cause conflict of interest
