∎ We are looking for a Chief People Officer (CPO) for our Bangladesh operations, who will look after our large and ever-growing staff.
∎ Your work location: You will be based out of our Bangladesh Office in Dhaka and will travel to the project sites in other parts of the country as and when required. From time to time, you will also travel to other countries where our Group operates, including South Asia, Central Asia, South East Asia, and Australia.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Our Expectations from You:
∎ As the CPO, you will be a member of the core management team, working closely with our teams in Bangladesh, South and Central Asia, Australia, and the Corporate Office in Singapore.
∎ You will work proactively, continuously driving our Human Resource (HR) policies, in sync with the Group's business strategy and objective. You will forecast talent needs and address the gaps, design and implement learning skills and career development of our professionals, and design and implement growth process for the young members. You will also ensure compliance with the adopted policies and procedures of the Group in all our activities.
∎ Yours will be a leadership role in helping shape the culture of the company. You will ensure that the Group's values are communicated to and understood at all levels, providing clarity as to the employees' expected behaviour and the development of a high-performance culture. You will help us establish and maintain high levels of employee engagement and commitment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ What we expect you to bring
∎ Ideally, you should have at least 15 years of experience in multinational companies, and at least five years in a leadership or a similar role.
∎ You should also be a great communicator and excellent storyteller, with fluency in Bangla and English.
∎ We particularly encourage female professionals to apply.
