Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile engineering, Diploma in Textile engineering, Graduation degree or other related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will lead the marketing and operation Department.
∎ Be able to establish new buyers for company.
∎ Be able to make the efficient plan of marketing & merchandising chain from buyer orders.
∎ Establish Business opportunities for SERRANO APPAREL BD LTD.
∎ Ensure Business profitability with having good knowledge about Knit and Woven Garment.
∎ Ensure quality execution of orders up to ship the goods maintaining effective TNA.
∎ Involvement in meetings: attends pre-production meeting and ensure that important points are discussed at meeting.
∎ Handle day-to-day Merchandising & production operations.
∎ Assist the product development process to ensure that products meet customer's quality.
∎ Manage all buying and merchandising assortment activities.
∎ Understand and follow up customer procedures for order execution.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on lean manufacturing process.
∎ Knowledge on SAP.
