Educational Requirements:
∎ Should have a Post Graduate degree or MBA in marketing & business development from any recognized University/Institute and possesses requisite experience in marketing and sales HR frameworks, sales audit management, marketing and operations in the ( Fan Trading Unit).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generating revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing by using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations.
∎ To Innovate & create advance level business plan for improving local sales rapidly. Have to make a plan yearly sales forecast & target achievement plans as monthly basis.
∎ To develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by monitoring and motivating the sales team.
∎ Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets & achieve sales target.
∎ Regular analysis of sales trends & upcoming sales techniques that will lead the market with the right tools.
∎ Accountable for his own sales team performance.
∎ Innovate & create advance level business plan for improving local sales rapidly. Have to make a plan yearly sales forecast & target achievement plans as monthly basis.
∎ Should have sound knowledge steel/aluminum fan categories.
∎ To participate in any other activities when required as per management.
∎ The COO will report to the Managing Director/Director/Additional Managing Director.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10/15 years experience in Steel/Alluminium FAN sector.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Strong general IT infrastructure knowledge.
∎ Have Strong knowledge about sales & marketing, capital management. Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
