Educational Requirements:
∎ Should have a Post Graduate degree or MBA in marketing & business development from any recognized University/Institute and possesses requisite experience in marketing and sales, HR frameworks, sales audit management, marketing and operations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Solar panels importing/ local purchasing and sales monitoring. Should have sound knowledge about the solar panels which are available on the market now-a-days.
∎ Making annual sales forecast & import solar panel with monthly sales target & revenue achievement. Ensure profitability for annual business.
∎ Expert in home system & industrial system, Can handle solar power project, local & international tender business.
∎ Ensure team local sales activities by implementation of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly action plan and evaluate with the top management.
∎ Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive local Sales strategies for various projects to create new markets & achieve sales target.
∎ Regular analysis of local sales trends & upcoming sales techniques that will lead the market with the right tools
∎ The COO reports to the Company Managing Director/Director/Additional Managing Director.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10/15 years business management experience in solar panels Purchase/import & local sales.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Internet Browsing is must.
∎ Strong sales & marketing human capital management knowledge. Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
