∎ Bachelor/ master in any discipline (Marketing preferred)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Import/local purchase and local sales monitoring. Should have sound knowledge about Steel Coil/ Plastic Resin/ Aluminium & solar etc. Should have knowledge about size, material quality such as width, thickness, zinc coated etc.
∎ Innovate & create advance level business plan for improving local sales rapidly. Have to make a plan for yearly sales forecast & target achievement plans as monthly basis.
∎ Ensure local sales activities by implementation of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly action plan and evaluate with the top management.
∎ Should be responsible & should have the potentiality to lead the sales team & achieve the monthly sales target.
∎ Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive local Sales strategies activities for various projects to create new markets.
∎ Regular analysis of local sales trends & upcoming sales techniques that will lead the market with the right tools.
∎ To participate in any other activities when required as per management.
∎ To maintain report with all the dealers and non dealer prospective outlets in his territory.
∎ To understand market needs & serve accordingly on time
∎ To search for new sales ares/outlets and depth of coverage of existing covered outlet
∎ To find where is a prospect to use our product in any individual or corporate needs
∎ To collect orders from dealers, distributors & retailers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 1 or 2 years experience of steel coil/plastic Resin/solar sector.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Internet Browsing.
∎ Strong sales & marketing human capital management knowledge. Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
