Educational Requirements:
∎ Should have a Post Graduate degree or MBA in marketing & business development from any recognized University/Institute and possesses requisite experience in marketing and sales HR frameworks, sales audit management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To import/local purchase of Plastic Resin & monitoring for all sales team members. Have sound knowledge about Plastic Resin categories such as Polyethylene terephthalate (or PET), High-density polyethylene. Polyvinyl chloride (or PVC), Low-density polyethylene. Polypropylene .
∎ Innovate & create advance level business plan for improving local sales rapidly. Have to make a plan for yearly sales forecast & target achievements as monthly basis.
∎ Should be responsible & should have the potentiality to lead the sales team & achieve the monthly sales target.
∎ Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive local/international strategies activities for various projects to create new markets & achieve sales target.
∎ Ensure local sales activities by implementation of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly action plan and evaluate with the top management.
∎ To participate in any other activities when required as per management.
∎ The COO reports to the Company Managing Director/Director/Additional Managing Director.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10/15 years business management experience in Plastic Resin sector.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Internet Browsing is must.
∎ Strong sales & marketing human capital management knowledge. Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
