Educational Requirements:
∎ The prospective candidate should have an MBBS. with Postgraduate degree in Hospital & Health Management or MBA (hospital management would be added advantage). from recognized Public/ Pvt. Universities/ institutions; higher degrees will be given priority.
∎ Skills Required: Business Development, Finance/ Accounts, General Administration, Health/ Medical, Management

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Clinic, Hospital

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The COO will lead all internal & external operations and will have the following major responsibilities:
∎ Manage and direct company operations to meet budget and other financial goals;
∎ Develop, establish, and direct the execution of operating policies to support overall company objectives;
∎ Work in partnership with the management team and board of directors to create strategic plans and implement new processes and approaches to achieve these;
∎ Oversee all administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations;
∎ Oversee risk management and legal activities: client contracts, partnership agreements, leases, and other legal documents;
∎ Lead the performance management process of the senior management that measures and evaluates progress against the setout goals;
∎ Any other jobs assigned by superior.
∎ Reporting to the Board and/or Managing Director.
∎ All other job responsibilities will be given at the time of joining and from time to time as necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have a minimum of 10+ years of strong operational experience: ideally has worked in a senior management role for 4+ years in a hospital/similar organization;
∎ Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication, persuasion, motivation, loyalty, and openness.
∎ Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the mission of Al-Manar Hospital Ltd.;
