Experience:
Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) – especially with a focus on Supply Chain, Operations Management, or International Business.
Industrial Engineer/ Textile Engineer/ Engineer in any discipline / Masters with excellent academic background.
No 3rd Class/ Division is allowed.
Candidate with technical background will get preference.
Strategic thinker with hands-on operational management skills.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities under pressure.
Ability to balance corporate oversight with factory-level engagement.

Context:
Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for leading and managing the overall operational functions of a high-end, export-oriented garment manufacturing business.
The incumbent will ensure efficiency, quality compliance, buyer satisfaction, and sustainable growth of the organization while maintaining strong coordination between the Head Office and Factory operations.
Strong communication skill and at least 5 years working experience as CEO or COO post in knit composite industry running over 100 lines.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure the smooth functioning of the vertical Jersey factory and related units.
Oversee production, quality assurance, supply chain, merchandising, and compliance functions to meet international buyer requirements.
Maintain strong liaison with reputed global buyers, ensuring timely delivery, quality adherence, and compliance with ethical standards.
Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Lead and mentor factory management teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance benchmarks.
Oversee planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring for operational units.
Ensure compliance with local laws, international labor standards, and health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute long-term business strategies, expansion plans, and capacity enhancement.
Provide regular operational updates and recommendations to the Managing Director/Board.
Maintain balance between head office oversight and on-ground factory presence by staying at the factory at least two days per week or as required.
Ability to make frequent visits to factory premises.
