Responsibilities & Context: Strategic Leadership
- Develop, implement, and monitor the overall sales and marketing strategy of the company.
- Analyze market competition and set long-term business goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and guide business expansion initiatives.
Sales Management
- Set sales targets, develop sales plans, and lead the team to achieve the targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
- Review sales performance, set KPIs, and guide the sales team to improve performance.
Marketing Oversight
- Oversee brand development, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Plan and manage digital marketing, social media engagement, and online promotions.
- Collect customer insights, conduct market analysis, and adjust marketing plans according to trends.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and product lines.
- Lead negotiations, presentations, and contract finalization with corporate clients.
- Develop strategies to create and strengthen new revenue streams.
Team Leadership & Management
- Recruit, train, motivate, and manage the performance of the sales and marketing teams.
- Enhance team skills, assign responsibilities, and conduct team-building activities.
- Maintain organizational values, policies, and culture within the team.
Financial & Operational Control
- Prepare and manage the annual sales and marketing budget.
- Analyze sales costs, ROI, and marketing expenditure for effective decision-making.
- Take initiatives to increase operational efficiency and maximize revenue.
Reporting & Coordination
- Report business progress, financial performance, and market insights to the Board of Directors.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
