Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide strategic advice and guidance to the members of the board, to keep them aware of development within the industry and to ensure that the appropriate policies are developed to meet company's mission and objectives and to comply with all other relevant statutory regulations.
∎ Provide support, guidance and co-operation to develop an effective ABP aligned to company's objective.
∎ Develop plan of action to attain ABP.
∎ Develop business strategy to gain competitive advantage.
∎ Provide thoughts for continuous improvement of existing business tools, techniques and resources.
∎ Develop and direct the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that the company complies with all health and safety and other statutory regulations.
∎ • Monitor and supervise factory head for update & ensure optimum production as per capacity.
∎ Ensure smooth Production by maintaining proper Quality Management (QMS), supply Chain Management (SCM), technological support in a cost effective way.
∎ Monitor proper Distribution process (Factory to depot and depot to distributors).
∎ Build an effective management team with the continuous support, advice and coach by developing, knowledge & skill, leadership capabilities, strategy execution, managing change and organization design.
∎ Ensure Total Quality Management
∎ Maintain & ensure quality of products & services to keep & gain customer delight.
∎ Identify and, where necessary, involve company resources and support for innovations and investigations, which will support and enable realization of strategic objectives and the development of sustain competitive advantages.
∎ Develop standard tool to receive adequate advice, counsel, assistance and support in order to achieve organizational goal.
∎ The incumbent will attend to and perform other related duties and functions as assigned by the top management from time to time

∎ 10 years of experience in any manufacturing company with at least 5 years' experience in senior role with significant engagement in developing and delivering business.
∎ Clear, Strategic Vision, with an ability to perceive incipient trends and manage change creatively.
∎ A proven track record of increasing revenues, profits, streamlining workflow for day to day operations and creating a team work environment to enhance productivity.
∎ Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills with proven ability in team management.
