∎ BBA/MBA or Post Graduation in Finance/Accounts from any UGC approved renowned university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring the business is compliant with the regulatory, legal and internal policy framework
∎ Coordinate Board meeting, EC meeting and AGM related tasks and preparing regulatory reports
∎ Deal with RJSC issues, corporate tax-related matters, internal & external audit activities, corporate guarantee maintenance, communication with banks etc.
∎ Responsible for enhancing the overall efficiency of the operations to make sure that business growth can be fulfilled
∎ Support overall business development and ensuring strong client relationship
∎ Ensuring proper financial control & monitoring along with fund management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Securities or Capital Market
