Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare all Financial Statements monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & annually.
∎ Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment and ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
∎ Preparation of net capital balance and aggregate indebtedness ratio.
∎ Preparation of equity position, branch report, client payable status, negative equity progress report, margin loan report, dealer investment report, deduction of advance income tax return, financial statement and submission to DSE.
∎ To check all relevant receipt and payment documents for the preparation of financial statements and mitigate all agreed findings from auditors and other related authorities and ensure the keeping of documentation.
∎ Coordinate with the investor relations team to ensure effective and timely communications of the progress and impact of the investment portfolio to develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
∎ Monitor and analyze departmental works to develop more efficient procedures and external communication to keep consumers up to date maintaining a high level of accuracy.
∎ Prepare then review and then check the board meeting notice, AGM and EGM notice, departmental memo, RJSC-related documents, yearly Tax Return, submission of appeal on income tax-related issues to commissioner, authorization of daily vouchers, monthly bank reconciliation statement & take necessary action for settlement of unresolved issues.
∎ Assist with statutory audit, internal audit, DSE audit.
∎ DSE and BSEC query response.
∎ Assist and provide financial data to prepared the budget.
∎ Any other task assigned by management from time to time.
