∎ B.Sc in CSE / EEE / Mechatronics

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To input marketing and sales plan to achieve the goal.
∎ Responsible for a group of sales and marketing personnel for national and international context
∎ Confirming strong presence, visibility & dominance on company products at all sales points.
∎ Support the team members to formulate operational strategy to achieve objectives.
∎ Accomplish all marketing communication and sales requirements aligned with sales and marketing team.
∎ Preparing Annual marketing / integrated marketing communications (IMC) strategic plan for sales and marketing
∎ Ensuring effective coordination and cooperation with vendors, distributors/dealers, factories, the Marketing team, and the management for all marketing initiatives and business development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Must have experience on IT products
∎ Must have software and hardware experience
∎ Research and Analytical abilities.
∎ Corporate Marketing and Sales Strategy policy creativity
∎ Branding formulations.
∎ Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in Bengali and English

Salary: Negotiable
