Drive initiatives to achieve the pre-set sales target
Onboard new nominations to expand steps into the global market
Identify and visit existing and new buyers to generate sales & ensure realization
Responsible for minimizing outstanding amounts for the entire S & M Department.
Revenue Generation and ROI Optimization
Establish metrics to track sales & marketing success and ROI, optimizing budget allocation based on performance.
Identify and implement new revenue streams through utilizing the scopes of the accessories market.
Connecting marketing efforts to actual sales and revenue growth
Collaborative Leadership and Development
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, nurturing a culture of creativity, collaboration, and growth.

Identifying trends within the industry and predicting future changes to help the company adapt proactively.

Need to produce various reports for the top management periodically, such as sales & revenue reports, outstanding reports, market research & insights, risk & challenges reports, etc.
R&D Collaboration
