Educational Requirements:

∎ Minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
∎ Demonstrable capacity in performing quantitative and qualitative analysis of both tangible and intangible market variables.
∎ Proven success in healthcare or medical equipment marketing is highly desirable.
∎ Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
∎ Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
∎ Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and measure results.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and vision. The strategy will contain detailed analysis and projection about existing demand in the market for healthcare products, the match of the company’s product lines to market demand, adjustments to be made to the product lines for closer match to market demand within the constraints of the company’s production capacity, trajectory with timeline and resource deployment of the production capacity to achieve closer match, and requirements over a five-year and ten-year framework of human, technical, physical, and financial resources for the marketing strategy to be effectively materialize.
∎ Brand Management: Develop a brand management approach to maximize market penetration on the basis of the company’s current product lines, projected product lines, current market behavior, and market trends. Prepare projections over a five-year time horizon for human, technical, physical, and financial resources to construct and deploy an effective brand management vehicle. Oversee brand development and management to ensure consistency and relevance among branding, marketing, production, and finance.
∎ Market Research: As repeatedly pointed out by marketing scholars, “market” is made up by both a supply side and a demand side. Market research will therefore involve both sourcing parameters and selling parameters. In this scenario, supplier portfolio, characteristics, and trends, as well as customer portfolio, needs, and trends needs, will be researched and analyzed, and competitive advantages for the company in each will be identified and exploited.
∎ Product Marketing: Develop a unified and harmonized nomenclature for current and future products of the company to unambiguously convey performance and conformance specifications of products among production units, marketing teams, intermediaries, suppliers, and consumers. Collaborate with product development teams to successfully launch new products and drive their market adoption.
∎ Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and social media campaigns. Oversee the activities of content developers to effectively and rapidly deploy digital marketing platforms to attract and execute from customers, and provide round-the-clock pre-sales and after-sales support services to rapidly and effectively address customer queries. Define thresholds for each digital marketing platform and service provider, and closely and continually monitor them in terms of reaching or exceeding those thresholds so that sub-optimal platforms and service providers can be quickly replaced by better performers.
∎ Content Strategy: Develop a content creation and content dissemination strategy that that will complement the efforts of the company as whole to position itself as industry and market leader.
∎ Lead Generation and Conversion: Drive lead generation efforts and optimize conversion rates across marketing channels.
∎ Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
∎ Budget Management: Prepare, obtain, allocate, and manage marketing budgets to maximize return on investments in marketing efforts. Respond quickly to volatility and trends to adjust budget allocation and/or deployment to keep business on track.
∎ Reporting and Analytics: Implement robust analytics and reporting systems to track the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven decisions.
