Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support research and analysis of market trends, demographics, competitive offerings, and other relevant information to form the foundational marketing strategies and maintain a strong marketing information system (MIS) with up-to-date, relevant and insightful information.
∎ Develop a deep understanding of the products, their benefits and establish positioning strategy of those products that the sales and marketing team members can execute.
∎ Identify target markets from MIS, segment those according to positioning strategy, develop channel strategy for each segment and lead building marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
∎ Develop both company and product-level branding and promotion strategies and establish Cloudly as a strong brand in the ICT and general technology field in Bangladesh.
∎ Lead partnerships with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
∎ Design sales and marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of strategic marketing plans of Cloudly and its products.
∎ Own end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for the initial two products, other future products and then lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Support continuous evaluation, improvement and evolution of Cloudly’s marketing strategies, execution and delivery that are measurable and metrics-driven.
