∎ Minimum Graduate.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
∎ Evaluate store and individual performances
∎ Report to principle office production and order analytical report
∎ Forecast monthly quarterly and annually export target
∎ Prepare and review the annual production
∎ Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
∎ Smooth coordination with corporate office local garments exporters management team.
∎ Coordination with supply chain department to ensure timely supply and export of Readymade Garments.
∎ Preparation and implementation of production and supply schedule as per targets set by principle buyers.
∎ Preparing and implementing Operational Implementation Plan.
∎ Design and implementation of Training programs for local technical and non-technical staff.
∎ Ensure overall quality control as per the standard set by Buyers.
∎ Report production status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised production schedule.
∎ Evaluating, organizing and prioritizing work within the overall production and forecasting schedule.
∎ Liaising and managing local Exporters, Suppliers to ensure all planning is fit for purpose.
∎ Supervise daily production work of specific order.
∎ Drafting contract with foreign correspondence.
∎ Estimate raw materials quantities from production planning.
∎ Proper knowledge about Global Ready Made Garments market.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 Years in same field.
∎ Good command in English and computer literacy is a must, reporting directly to foreigner.
Salary: Negotiable
