Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement the overall organization's technology strategy in line with business goals and objectives.
∎ Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards related to network system, server management, data security and application development to ensure consistency and quality
∎ Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery processes, ensuring data is backed up regularly and can be restored in the event of a disaster.
∎ Ensure effective and efficient delivery of IT services across the organization.
∎ Monitor and maintain the organization's computer systems and network infrastructure to maintain optimal performance.
∎ Assess and manage IT risks and security to protect the organization's data and systems.
∎ Oversee the selection and implementation of new technology systems and applications.
∎ Manage the budget for technology expenditures and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.
∎ Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective technology solutions.
∎ Keep abreast of IT industry global trends and advancements to ensure the organization is utilizing the most appropriate and effective technology.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to determine their business needs and requirements for applications or process automation in view to make a paperless office.
∎ Ensure that the organization is in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to information technology.

∎ Age at least 37 years
∎ Proven track record of success in developing and implementing technology strategies that align with business objectives
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and business units
∎ Strong knowledge of enterprise-level technology systems and applications, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure's
